A product marked as Sold out is currently unavailable both in our warehouse and from our supplier.

Boxing glove size should mainly be chosen according to your type of training, body weight and your gym's rules.

• 10–12 oz – bag work, pads and technical training
• 14 oz – more versatile training and, depending on body weight, lighter sparring
• 16 oz – the most common choice for sparring

For sparring, your coach or gym may require a specific glove size.

If you train regularly, we recommend having one pair for bag and pad work and a separate pair for sparring.

Yes, especially if you are just starting out.

For regular training, however, it is better to use two separate pairs. Gloves used on the heavy bag and pads take more impact and the padding gradually becomes compressed.

A separate pair with well-preserved padding is therefore a better choice for sparring.

For children, the right choice depends on age, body weight, hand size and type of training.

Smaller children's gloves are often marked S, M or L, while older children may move on to standard gloves sized in oz.

Both materials can be suitable for regular training when the gloves are made to a high standard.

Genuine leather offers a traditional feel, adapts naturally with use and can provide excellent durability with proper care.

Shin guards should cover both the shin and instep, fit securely and should not move excessively during training.

Thai Muay Thai shorts in particular can have a different fit from standard European clothing, and sizing also varies between brands.

If you are unsure, send us your height, weight and the size you normally wear.

This depends on the combat sport and the requirements of your gym.

For boxing or Muay Thai, you will usually need boxing gloves and handwraps to begin with.

For Muay Thai, kickboxing or MMA, you may gradually need additional protective equipment such as shin guards or a mouthguard.

We recommend checking your coach's requirements before purchasing.

We recommend them for regular training.

Handwraps help support the wrist, protect the knuckles and absorb some of the sweat, helping to keep the inside of your gloves in better condition.

After every training session, remove your gloves from your bag, open them and allow them to dry thoroughly in the air.

• do not leave them damp inside your sports bag,
• do not machine wash them,
• do not dry them directly on a radiator or heater,
• use moisture and odour absorbers when needed.

Proper drying can significantly extend the life of your gloves.

The most common cause of odour is moisture remaining inside the gloves.

Always allow your gloves to dry thoroughly after training. Moisture and odour absorbers or products designed for sports equipment, such as SmellWell, can also help.

With boil-and-bite mouthguards, the mouthguard is softened in hot water and then moulded around your teeth.

The exact water temperature and heating time can vary between models, so always follow the manufacturer's instructions for your specific mouthguard.

A properly fitted mouthguard should stay securely in place and should not significantly restrict breathing.

After use, rinse it, allow it to dry and store it in a ventilated protective case.
