I misspelled the door number and only noticed it a few days later. I sent a message and received an immediate response telling me not to worry, that it had already been changed. I even received extra information about my order, such as that they were out of stock but would send it as soon as it arrived. I was worried it wouldn't arrive on time because I had an important date and needed the order, so I sent another message and once again received an immediate response. They asked me when I needed the order and managed to resolve my concern. Speechless, extraordinary service, I've never experienced it in any other store/website. The way customers are treated, the concern for an immediate response... five stars; I will recommend the store to everyone.

Before ordering i had a few questions via email. Got quick, nice and full responds to my questions. I ordered 2 sets and a keychain. Everything arrived in perfect, new condition, as advertised and even earlier than the estimate was during checkout. Very happy and ill order here again in the future. (Shipping was to The Netherlands and Packeta and DHL gave good/usual updates) Thanm you for the good service!
