How to choose the right boxing gloves size (oz)?

The size of boxing gloves depends on your weight and the type of training. Gloves are usually available in sizes 10oz, 12oz, 14oz, and 16oz.

- 10oz–12oz → suitable for heavy bag training, pad work, or recreational boxing
- 14oz → the ideal all-around choice for regular training and sparring
- 16oz → recommended for athletes over 80 kg or for intensive sparring
- If you train regularly, the best option is to have: smaller gloves for bag and pad work (10oz–12oz) larger gloves for sparring (14oz–16oz)

For women we recommend:
- 10oz–12oz for fitness and cardio boxing
- 14oz for sparring

- 14oz gloves are the safest universal choice for most athletes.

How to choose kids boxing gloves?

When choosing boxing gloves for children, we recommend selecting the size mainly based on the child’s age and training type.

4–6 years → size S
7–8 years → size M
8–10 years → size L
Over 10 years → we recommend classic boxing gloves in sizes 8oz or 10oz

For younger children, lighter and softer gloves are more suitable for comfortable and safe training. Older children who train regularly can already use classic boxing gloves similar to adults. Leather or microfiber boxing gloves - what’s the difference?

High-quality leather gloves and premium microfiber gloves both offer excellent durability, comfort, and long lifespan. The main difference is in the feel and properties of the material.

- Genuine leather → a traditional material with a natural feel and excellent durability
- Premium microfiber → a modern material with easier maintenance and high resistance to moisture

How to choose the right shinguards size?

Choosing the correct shinguard size is important for comfort, protection, and stability during training. We recommend selecting the size based on your height and shin length.

S → smaller body types or juniors
M → most athletes with an average body type
L → taller or larger body types
XL → tall athletes or larger body types

The shinguard should fully cover the shin and instep without moving during training. If you are between sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for better protection and comfort.

How to choose the right Muay Thai and MMA shorts size?

When choosing Muay Thai or MMA shorts, we recommend following the size chart provided on each product page, as sizing may vary depending on the brand and fit.

In general:
- Muay Thai shorts usually run smaller than standard European sizes
- we recommend choosing one size larger than you normally wear

Use and Care of Equipment

How to use, clean, and remove odor from boxing gloves?

Always use boxing gloves together with hand wraps to protect your wrists and knuckles. They are designed for training on the heavy bag, pads, and sparring. It is important to choose the correct glove size based on the type of training.

After every training session, open the gloves and let them air dry thoroughly. Do not wash them in a washing machine or dry them in a closed space, as this can damage the material.

Odor is caused by moisture and sweat, so regular airing and proper drying are essential. For better hygiene, you can also use a sports deodorizing spray (for example, SmellWell) or SmellWell deodorizing bags placed inside the boxing gloves.

Proper care significantly extends the lifespan of the gloves and helps maintain hygiene and comfort during training.

Do I have to use hand wraps under boxing gloves?

Yes. Hand wraps stabilize the wrist, protect the knuckles, and reduce the risk of injury during training.

How to properly wrap boxing hand wraps? Hand wraps should securely cover the wrist, palm, and knuckles. They should not be too tight or too loose to ensure proper support and comfort.

Using hand wraps significantly reduces the risk of injury and improves comfort during training.

How to use and clean shinguards?

Shinguards are used during Muay Thai, MMA, Lethwei, or kickboxing training. They must fit securely, should not move during training, and should fully cover the shin and instep for maximum protection.

After training, wipe them clean, allow them to air dry completely, and store them in a dry, well-ventilated place. Machine washing and the use of harsh cleaning products are not recommended.

To reduce odor and improve hygiene, you can also use a sports deodorizing spray (for example, SmellWell).

How to wash Muay Thai or MMA shorts?

Wash them according to the care label at a low temperature. Do not use a tumble dryer to preserve the material and colors.

Proper care will keep your equipment in excellent condition for a long time.

How to care for and clean sauna suits?

Sauna suits are used to increase sweating during training, so proper care is important for hygiene and to extend the lifespan of the material.

After each use, unfold the suit and allow it to air dry thoroughly. Do not leave it in a closed bag, as moisture can cause odor and faster material wear.

For cleaning, use only gentle hand washing in cold water or wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not use a washing machine, tumble dryer, or harsh cleaning products to avoid damaging the material and reducing its functionality.

Proper care helps extend the lifespan of the sauna suit and maintains its hygiene and effectiveness during training.

How to extend the lifespan of sports equipment?

Always allow your equipment to air dry after training.

Store it in a dry place.

Use protective accessories (hand wraps, guards).

Clean it regularly according to the recommendations (for example, SmellWell odor-removal spray or SmellWell deodorizing bags).

Mouthguards – Shaping and Care

If you are using a mouthguard from brands such as Fairtex or Twins, it must be properly shaped before first use using the boil and bite technology.

How to shape a mouthguard:
1. Boil water and pour it into a bowl (according to the manufacturer’s instructions).
2. Place the mouthguard in the hot water for 30–60 seconds to soften it (it must not melt).
3. Remove it and let it cool briefly.
4. Place it in your mouth, bite firmly, and press it against your teeth and gums with your fingers. Create suction with your tongue and then allow it to set in cold water.

A properly shaped mouthguard must fit securely, should not move, and must allow normal breathing. If it does not fit correctly, the process can usually be repeated.

How to clean a mouthguard?
After every training session:
- Rinse with cold water
- Gently clean with a soft toothbrush
- Allow it to air dry completely
- Store it in a protective case

How can I remove odor from a mouthguard?
Odor is caused by sweat and bacteria, so regular drying and cleaning are essential.

For better hygiene, you can also use cleaning tablets designed for sports mouthguards, which help remove bacteria and eliminate unpleasant odors.

Delivery and returns

How long does delivery take?

Products that are in stock are shipped on the day of the order or the next business day. Delivery within Slovakia and the Czech Republic usually takes up to 3 business days. For other European countries, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on the destination, from the time of shipment.

Products marked as Available to order are shipped immediately after they are restocked. We receive new stock on a weekly basis.

What does “In Stock” mean?
Products marked as “In Stock” are physically available in our warehouse and ready for shipment. We dispatch orders quickly according to our current shipping schedule.

When will products marked as “Available to Order” be delivered?
Products marked as “Available to Order” are currently in stock with our supplier. We ship them immediately after they are restocked. These products are regularly replenished depending on supplier availability.

What does “Out of Stock” mean?
Products marked as “Out of Stock” are currently unavailable, including from our supplier. In this case, they cannot be ordered. Availability may be restored later depending on production or restocking.

How can I check when a product will be available?
If you are unsure about the availability of a specific product, please contact us and we will check the current stock status with our supplier.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the selected delivery method and are displayed in the shopping cart before completing the order. All costs are clearly shown prior to payment.

How can I return a product?

You may return the product within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund using the same payment method that was used for the original order.

How does product exchange work?

If the size or product does not fit, you may request an exchange. After we receive the original item, we will send you the correct size or another product depending on availability.

How can I claim a damaged or defective product?

In case of damage or a manufacturing defect, please contact us with a description of the issue and a photo of the product. We handle complaints as quickly as possible after receiving them.
