2. What personal data do we process and why?

Orders, payments and delivery

When you place an order, we process information such as your first and last name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, details of the products ordered, payment details and delivery information. If you order as a business, we may also process your business identification and billing information.

Purpose: to process your order, receive payment, deliver your goods and communicate about your order.
Legal basis: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

We need the information required to process your order in order to enter into and perform the sales contract. Without it, we may be unable to fulfil your order.

Accounting and legal obligations

We process information contained in accounting and tax documents, together with other necessary information, to comply with applicable laws, including accounting, tax and consumer protection obligations.

Legal basis: compliance with a legal obligation – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.

Complaints, returns and customer support

When handling product complaints, returns and order-related enquiries, we process your contact and identification details, order information, correspondence and any supporting documents you provide.

Legal basis: performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations and, where appropriate, our legitimate interest in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims – Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) GDPR.

Contact requests and pre-sale enquiries

If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we process the details you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number (if provided) and the content of your message.

Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to general enquiries – Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.

Customer accounts

If you create a customer account, we process registration and contact details, the information needed for sign-in, and the order history available in your account. The account makes managing your purchases easier.

Legal basis: providing account features at your request – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Information we are required to retain by law may remain stored even after your account is closed.

Newsletter and marketing for existing customers

We send product news and other marketing emails using Shoptet E-mailing in two ways:

  • Voluntary subscription: if you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address on the basis of your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
  • Existing customers: we may send you information about our own similar products based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, but only where permitted by Slovak electronic communications law, including the requirement to offer you a free and easy way to opt out when we collect your contact information and in every marketing email.

You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by contacting eshop@allforfighters.eu. You may object to marketing based on legitimate interests at any time.

Website analytics and online advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to analyse website traffic. We may also use Google Ads and Meta services, including Meta Pixel, to measure and evaluate advertising performance. Some tags are managed using Google Tag Manager. These services may process online identifiers, device information, website visits, viewed products and shopping events.

Essential cookies are used to keep the store running. We ask for your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR to process personal data through optional analytics and marketing cookies. See Section 6 for details.
